My sign-in code has not arrived. What should I do?
Check the email address and spam folder. Wait for the resend timer, then request a new code and use the latest one. If the problem continues, contact support without sharing any code.
My code expired or did not work.
Request a new code on the sign-in page. Use Change email if the address is wrong. Sign-in uses a code, so there is no password to reset.
How do I accept a team invitation?
Sign in with the exact email that received the invitation, then accept the invitation shown. Refresh or ask the owner for a new invitation if it is missing. An account belongs to one business for now; do not create a new business if you intend to join a team.
Do customers need an account or app?
No. Customers scan their order QR and open the ticket in a browser. Food ordering and payment happen at the counter; Orderak tracks readiness only.
Why do I need to enable sound?
Browsers need your interaction before playing sound. Tap Enable sound alerts and keep the ticket open. Alerts are not guaranteed when the page is closed or the phone is locked; staff and the pickup display are fallbacks.
What happens without internet?
An open page keeps its last received status with a connection warning. New updates need internet, and a new ticket cannot load offline. Elapsed time does not mean an order is ready.
My order link is unavailable.
The ticket may have expired or the link may be incorrect. Ask the business staff about your order; you do not need a new account to collect it.
When do the trial and billing begin?
You can sign in and set up without a charge. Trial activation and billing are not open yet. The plan is 30 days from activation with a payment method, then USD 29.99 monthly or USD 299.90 annually, renewing automatically unless cancelled.
