Information associated with the service
Service functions involve staff email and account information, business identity and team membership, and receipt numbers, statuses and timestamps. Customers track a guest link without creating an account. Do not enter card details into Orderak pages.
How it is used
Account information supports sign-in and team permissions. Order information shows progress to the business and ticket holder. Treat a ticket link as private and share it only with people following that order.
External services
We use Supabase for data, authentication and business-logo storage, and Resend to send email. Paddle is planned for subscriptions but is not enabled. Processing locations, hosting and any remaining providers still need to be documented and reviewed before public launch.
Retention and your requests
Retention periods for orders, logs and backups, deletion and export procedures, and cookie and international processing details remain under review. Contact us about your information; this draft does not promise a specific response or deletion time.
