About Orderak
Orderak helps businesses in Jordan share pickup-order readiness. Staff enter a receipt number and customers open their ticket through a QR code. Food ordering and payment to the business happen outside Orderak.
Your account and team
Owners and invited staff sign in by email. Owners manage business settings, team access and billing; staff operate orders and screens. Customers do not need an account to track a ticket.
Planned subscription
One workspace includes its team and screens: USD 29.99 monthly or USD 299.90 yearly, billed annually. A 30-day trial begins at activation with a payment method and renews automatically afterwards unless cancelled. Paid signup is not available yet; this page does not activate a trial or collect payment.
Alerts and order status
The business confirms when an order is ready. Customers enable sound, which depends on their browser and device. Alerts are not guaranteed while a phone is locked or offline; staff announcements or a pickup display remain a fallback.
Details still under review
The legal operator identity, liability, termination and dispute provisions, and final refund policy must be added before payments open. The Orderak name and Jordan location alone do not constitute a complete legal operator identity.
